Secret, Beach-inspired ‘Sunset Supper Club’ pops-up in Cardiff

Brother Thai – one of my favourite Cardiff street-food traders (who can usually be found at street food warehouse The Depot), have teamed up with the owner of a secret location in Cardiff City centre to create a unique foodie paradise.

The people behind the popular street food stall have been hinting at their latest plans through the Twitter handle @sunsetsupprclub.

But this is no ordinary pop-up – inspired by the Leo Di Caprio movie The Beach, you’ll need to get hold of a secret map to find this special place that the tourists don’t know about.

A little teaser of what to expect!

The location is being kept top secret to maintain what the organisers are calling “a sense of surprise, adventure and escapism”, but intrepid foodie explorers who get hold of the map will be rewarded with a delicious Thai street-food menu, along with potions mixed up by an Aussie cocktail mixologist, and cold beers ready at the bar.

The Sunset Supper Club will run on Friday and Saturday evenings throughout April.

To get hold of the map you need to get a ticket by calling 07936842549 and leaving your name and number. Seating is extremely limited, and only the lucky few who get there first will find their way to paradise.
