Something a bit different – and exciting – to share with you guys this week; I’ve started a Cardiff food podcast!
No longer content with just waffling on about food with my mates in the pub (oh no!) I’ve teamed up with my friend and former boss, Matt Appleby – who is also one half of Roath Brewery – to create Hank! A podcast for food lovers in Cardiff.
Hank (as in Hank Marvin= starvin’) will be released in monthly episodes, and will include interviews with local food producers, chefs, restauranteurs and anyone else doing interesting things with food in Wales, with each episode focussing on a different topic of interest or discussion.
