Yay! We’ve just hit publish on a very festive fifth episode of Hank! – our podcast for food and drink lovers in Cardiff.

In this episode we catch up with chef Tommy Heaney (if you haven’t heard of him by now, where have you been!?) to find out what life is like for him and his team, since opening his first restaurant here in Cardiff back in October 2018.

I was lucky enough to help Tommy with the launch of his pop up and restaurant over a four month period in summer and early autumn (my day job is freelance PR). In this episode of the podcast, we find out how things are settling in now that the launch fanfare has died down – and get the lowdown on his plans for Christmas, new year, and beyond.
