Hank! Episode 6: Meet Matt Pritchard, the ‘Dirty Vegan’

Dirty Vegan

We’ve just hit publish on our sixth episode of Hank! – our podcast for food and drink lovers in Cardiff.

With the ‘Veganuary‘ movement proving more popular than ever this year, we thought we’d kick off 2019 by catching up with chef, skateboarder, TV daredevil, and ultra-athlete Matt Pritchard (formerly of Dirty Sanchez fame).

Matt – who became a vegan around four years ago – is on a mission to show that a plant-based diet can make people fitter, stronger and heathier; and to prove it can taste and look good too.

As a result, he’s now the star of the UK’s first-ever mainstream, vegan cookery program (called Dirty Vegan), and the writer of a new cookery book of the same name; has appeared on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, and even graced the front cover of The Times‘ cookery supplement, Eat.

In the podcast, we talked to him about how he’s finding life since he introduced the world to his new brand of non-preachy, rock’n’roll veganism.
