This recipe is great for a Meat Free Monday, but it’s a regular in my house any day of the week. The puy lentils in this are a good source of protein and very filling – but they also mimic the texture of meat mince which would normally be the staple of a good, hearty chilli.

Review: Franco Manca Pizza, Tottenham Court Road

This newly opened Sourdough Pizzeria is the sixth one of it’s kind in London, offering delicious Sourdough pizzas for under a tenner. They use rare breeds to produce all of their salamis and sausages, their wines are all organic, and in the summer, they use British ‘heritage tomatoes’ as much as they possibly can. It’s all good stuff!
