You may or may not have noticed that dairy farmers have been getting a lot of attention in the press this week, as for the first time ever, the price of milk per litre has outrageously fallen below the price of bottled water.

Last weekend I had the most indulgent and festive of Saturdays. Usually, that sentence would indicate that I had spent the day stuffing my face with rich food and drink, and perhaps getting a bit (lot) drunk. Although that is definitely one of my favourite past-times, this particular Saturday was indulgent in a totally different way; I spent the whole day baking and practicing yoga!

Wahaca, one of my favourite London restaurant brands which specialises in fresh and seasonal Mexican street food, is to open its first non-London restaurant at St. David’s, Cardiff on 13th November. Seeing as I only left the bright lights of the big smoke a few months ago, the timing couldn’t be better!
