I’ll be the first to admit that I am not the biggest fan of afternoon tea. I was invited to stay at The Angel Hotel in Abergavenny and therefore all food and drink was complimentary. However, I was not obliged to write a positive review.
If you’re looking for a great budget hotel in central London, I’ve found a real gem for you. It’s cheap, quirky, and well-located – but it’s the hotel’s green credentials which really set this forward-thinking business apart. View Post
There’s a new chef at the helm at the 5* St Davids Hotel restaurant, Tempus At Tides and he’s had his say on the new menu, too. On a drizzly Tuesday evening in June, I went to try out his cooking and see what this iconic waterfront hotel now has to offer the foodies of Cardiff.
I was invited to Tempus At Tides as a guest and as a result, my meal was complimentary. This has not affected my opinion and I was not obliged to write a positive review.
