This Cardiff pizzeria just won a national award for sustainability

Dusty Knuckle Pizza was the only Welsh restaurant to have been shortlisted for the ‘people’s favourite’ in the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s ‘Food Made Good Awards’ 2018.

And despite stiff competition from a Michelin Star restaurant and a cult London diner, last night they only went and bloody won it!

By encouraging customers to purchase boxes that can be reused and infinitely recycled, it is hoped that the initiative will help cut down on the number of grease-stained pizza boxes that are mistakenly put into recycling bags every year.
