It’s taken me so long to write this post because it doesn’t really fit with the rest of this site. The Shangri La London certainly isn’t budget-friendly, it’s not eco-friendly and it isn’t somewhere you might stay if you were looking to reconnect with nature. That being said, it is an experience I’ll never ever forget, and so for that reason, I just had to write it up.

Just in case you a) don’t know about, or b) still haven’t visited The Kings Head in the Gower, I thought I’d better fill you all in with a review. It really is one of my favourite places in the whole world – as evidenced by the fact that I’ve stayed there three times now!
