This coastal area in South Wales is blessed with some of the most outstanding beaches, bays and coastal landscapes in the country. What’s more, it is just a 90 minute drive from the centre of Cardiff, so there’s no excuse not to visit at least a couple of these gorgeous beaches!

Every year, my boyfriends’ family head to the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast for a great British summer of cycling, sea swimming, water sports and (hopefully) sunshine.
