In the Press

I am regularly contacted by the Welsh media to provide insight / comment on a variety of topics, including blogging, food and drink trends, sustainability, food waste, and Cardiff’s changing bar and restaurant scene.

Visit Wales Tastemakers

During COP26, I was interviewed by ITV Wales who ran a feature on the growing sustainable food scene in Cardiff. In March 2022, I was interviewed again to talk about Cardiff’s bid to become a gold-standard Sustainable Food City – you can watch the full feature below.

I have also joined BBC Radio Wales to talk about eating out; spoken to Connie Fisher to talk about food blogging and food trends in Cardiff; joined Catrin Nye to talk about making small changes to help the environment; and been invited onto Jason Mohammad’s breakfast show to talk about food critic Jay Rayner’s comments about Cardiff’s restaurant scene.

I have been interviewed about my journey into sustainability for BBC Radio Wales series The Idea, and have appeared live on BBC Wales Today talking about how my ‘influencer’ persona impacted my career as an Independent PR Consultant – positively, to say the least!
