Street Food Cardiff have announced the return of the Street Food Circus to Cardiff’s Sophia Gardens, with events starting on the last bank holiday weekend of August and running every weekend until September 24th.

Dinner at Dan Barber’s #WastED pop-up at Selfridges, London

#WastEDLondon is a temporary pop up restaurant currently wowing diners on the rooftop of Selfridges in London – and it’s a pop-up like no other. It aims to start conversations about sustainability and waste, by serving up a menu made primarily from food by-products which are usually binned by the food industry (the capitalised ‘ED’ stands for ‘Education’). It’s the most talked-about pop-up experience in London this year so far – and last week, I ate my way through the tasting menu.

Review: Baking & Yoga with One Mile Bakery

Last weekend I had the most indulgent and festive of Saturdays. Usually, that sentence would indicate that I had spent the day stuffing my face with rich food and drink, and perhaps getting a bit (lot) drunk. Although that is definitely one of my favourite past-times, this particular Saturday was indulgent in a totally different way; I spent the whole day baking and practicing yoga!
