KINDLE CARDIFF SHORTLISTED FOR NATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY AWARD

Independent, city centre restaurant Kindle Cardiff has been shortlisted for the Sustainability Award in the National Restaurant Awards, the largest annual gathering of top chefs and restaurateurs in the UK. Kindle is one of only four restaurants shortlisted in the category, and the only one from Wales.

Review: A foodie stay at La Fosse B&B, Dorset

It’s not very often that I actually feel a little sad to leave a place that I’ve spent less than 24 hours in, but it was with a heavier-than-expected heart that we packed up the car and drove away from La Fosse. Owners Mark and Emmanuelle have created such a cosy, comfortable retreat in this idyllic part of the English countryside, it’s impossible not to be charmed by everything it has to offer.
